For those who are joining our family of patients, it might seem out of the ordinary to be scheduled for a 60-minute new patient visit with the doctor and hygienist. This time is reserved especially for you to ensure that you can receive a thorough examination and consultation with Dr. Bayless. He looks forward to getting to know you and your family, and to talking with you about your oral health and expectations for your smile. Our goal is not only to take care of our patients’ dental needs, but also to get to know each person by name and treat them like we’d want our own family to be treated. We look forward to seeing you smile!
Scheduling
We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable to us. Dr. Bayless only deviates from his schedule in the event of dental emergencies that need to be taken care of immediately.
To help you remember your appointments, we use Smile Reminder™. This system enables us to use emails and text messages to your cell phone to conveniently remind you of your appointment weeks, days, or even hours before you're scheduled to visit us. When we remind you can be customized to your preference.
Once we have decided on a treatment plan and have worked out financial arrangements, we will do everything we can to proceed with your treatment on a schedule that works for you, whether that be soon or at a slower pace.
Please call at least two business days in advance for changed appointments. Missed appointments without this notification, or repeated cancellations, will incur cancellation fees. We want to work with you to schedule convenient appointment times for your visits to our office.
